These terms cover use of Circuit Draft, a Circuit Studios LLC service that uploads TikTok Shop drafts for Circuit Home and Circuit Style.

License to use

Authorized Circuit Studios operators may connect brand TikTok accounts and upload drafts. You must have the right to use every video you submit.

Drafts, not live posts

Circuit Draft only creates TikTok inbox drafts. Publishing, ads, and account-setting changes require a human to complete those actions in TikTok. Direct Post is not used.

TikTok’s terms

TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms. Circuit Draft does not replace the TikTok app.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is for Circuit Studios operations. These terms are not legal advice.
