These terms cover use of Circuit Draft, a Circuit Studios LLC product for creators in our TikTok Shop creator network that uploads inbox drafts for Circuit Home and Circuit Style.
License to use
Creators in the Circuit Studios network may connect only their own personal creator TikTok account (the account they own and control) and upload inbox drafts to that same account. You must have the right to use every video you submit.
Drafts, not live posts
Circuit Draft only creates TikTok inbox drafts. Publishing, ads, and account-setting changes require a human to complete those actions in TikTok. Direct Post is not used.
TikTok terms
TikTok remains governed by TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms. Circuit Draft does not replace the TikTok app.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is for creators in the Circuit Studios network. These terms are not legal advice.
