Privacy Policy

Circuit Draft is operated by Circuit Studios LLC. It is a SaaS-style tool for independent TikTok creators who voluntarily join our creator network. Each creator signs in with TikTok Login Kit using only their own personal creator TikTok account; Circuit Draft uploads inbox drafts only to that same creator’s account. Circuit Home and Circuit Style are Shop brands / affiliate product catalogs creators promote — not destination accounts Circuit Draft uploads into.

Data we handle

• TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens for each creator’s own personal creator TikTok account, used only to identify that account and upload inbox drafts to it
• Display name and open_id returned by user.info.basic
• Video files provided by creators
• Upload logs: video name, brand, product, status, and TikTok publish_id

How we use it

Tokens and videos are used solely to create TikTok inbox drafts through the official Content Posting API. We do not sell data, do not use it for ads, and do not share it except with TikTok as required to complete a draft upload.

What we do not do

• We do not publish videos without the account holder finishing the post in TikTok
• We do not request the video.publish scope
• We do not sell or rent personal data

Storage and retention

Tokens are stored privately for as long as connected accounts stay linked for draft uploads. Videos and logs are kept as needed to operate Circuit Draft for the creator network. Creators may disconnect TikTok access at any time from TikTok app settings.
