Circuit Draft is operated by Circuit Studios LLC. It helps authorized operators upload TikTok Shop drafts for the Circuit Home and Circuit Style brands.

Data we handle

• TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens for Circuit Home and Circuit Style, used only to identify the account and upload drafts
• Display name and open_id returned by user.info.basic
• Video files provided by operators or creators
• Upload logs: video name, brand, product, status, and TikTok publish_id

How we use it

Tokens and videos are used solely to create TikTok inbox drafts through the official Content Posting API. We do not sell data, do not use it for ads, and do not share it except with TikTok as required to complete a draft upload.

What we do not do

• We do not publish videos without an operator finishing the post in TikTok
• We do not request the video.publish scope
• We do not sell or rent personal data

Storage and retention

Tokens are stored privately for as long as the brand accounts stay connected. Videos and logs are kept as needed to operate Circuit Studios’ Shop workflow. Operators may disconnect TikTok access at any time from TikTok’s app settings.
